Ravensbourne University London has enlisted听Oxford International Education Group to operate its听student application processing services.
The company’s听Education Services business unit 鈥� launched 鈥� will seek to increase the digital media and design university’s听international student intake and “help students enjoy an even smoother application journey”.
Vice chancellor of听听Andy Cook noted that the听partnership will “help to alleviate the process for our staff as well as improve the experience for prospective students during the application journey”.
The partnership is aiming to听grow the international student population at the university’s campus on听the Greenwich Peninsula in London by听200% by FY23.
“With a focus on design and information technology, we look forward to welcoming the next generation of talent from across the globe 鈥� integral to a post-pandemic economic recovery 鈥� with more ease than ever,” Cook added.
Stakeholders have previously said that communication and speed is听 in regards to the conversion of students. Some 25 UK university have turned to 听and other services from QS Enrolment Solutions in a bid to increase and improve their admissions services.
While others have pointed to the听 of applicants,听 chief development officer听David Pilsbury highlighted that universities are facing a “greater regulatory burden imposed by the UK Home Office”.
